Our background in wedding and event planning allows us to offer our clients an extremely affordable option to ensure a stress free day!

This unique package includes:

  • Unlimited email communication

  • Three (1) hour phone, zoom or in-person meetings:

    • Foundational timeline call

    • Site Visit to review logistics / diagram review

    • Final Details Call - 14 days prior to your event.

  • Detailed timeline creation after our call.

  • Diagram creation + updates

  • Vendor suggestions

  • Décor ideas and pinterest board review to assist in narrowing down your vision

  • On-site décor set-up and breakdown

  • Vendor management (introduction to your coordinator the week of and direct communication the day-of with your vendor team)

  • We are able to make on-site quick executive decisions - so that the couple does not stress out over little hiccups throughout the day!

  • Communicating the flow/ timeline to ensure a stress free seamless event!

We take care of coordinating all those behind the scenes details so that you don't have to worry about what comes next...

When should speeches take place?

Rounding up your wedding party for introductions.

Letting the chef know that your best man's 5 minute speech turned into 40 minutes and to wait to start dinner service so your food is cooked perfectly.

We help manage both the communication between the catering team, vendors and timeline so that you and your guests enjoy every moment of your event!



Packages starting at $2,000

Including a dedicated day-of coordinator from our team.
12 Hour Package.

Additional hours can be added on as needed @ $150/ hour for day-of or phone consultations to help you select vendors, review contracts, design board, etc…

Breakdown:

  • 9 Hours day-of including set-up of all decor, coordination of timeline, vendor communication and packing up all decor at the end of the night.

  • 1 Hour foundational timeline call after you reserve your date to assist with having the tools you need to book your vendor team.

  • Unlimited e-mail communication if you have questions or need guidance throughout the planning process.

  • Four Checklists to assist you in making decisions, narrowing down your vision and answering important wedding related questions: Timeline creation checklist, 60 day, 30 day and 14 day checklists.

  • 1 Hour Site visit - 30 days prior to your event to make your final selections, diagram review, finalize rentals, logistics for plan A and plan B for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception locations.

  • 1 Hour Final Details Call - 14 days prior to your event to review decor set-up and final logistics.

  • Coordinator to be assigned 30 days prior to your event.

  • You will work with Kim and Ashley throughout the planning process until your coordinator is assigned.

  • Coordinator arrives 2 hours prior to your ceremony and stays through the end of the event.

Full Day Coordination
Looking to have your coordinator on-site when you arrive in the morning for your full 15 hour rental? $2,500 ($500 upgrade)

Rehearsal Coordination
Optional rehearsal add on + $300 (includes a 1 hour rehearsal on a date and time that your coordinator is available and agreed upon date and time. Please review our FAQ’s for rehearsal options.

* Please note this is a significant savings when using our in-house planners. Most of our planners also work for other day-of coordinators or own their own companies as well on the side and charge $3,000 - $5,000 for a similar service!
