We pride ourselves on offering a venue that you can truly personalize and make YOUR OWN!

That includes hiring a caterer to fit your vision, budget and style!

    We have curated a list of fabulous approved caterers who we know can bring your vision to life - no matter the style of cuisine or budget you are working within!

    Caterers are listed below in alpha order.

    If you already have a favorite caterer in mind we will allow you to bring in your own pre-approved full service caterer, in addition to the caterers on our list below for a $500 off list fee.

    Caterers are allowed to use our full commercial Kitchen! Please visit our FAQ page for our Kitchen inventory.

    Caterer must meet the following requirements to work at our venue:

    MUST be PRE-APPROVED

    Licensed and insured

    Sign our catering guidelines document with the venue

    Offer full service catering (if they do not offer staffing for a full service experience, you are required to hire our additional venue staff package to service the event)

    Provide the venue with a COI listing the Hyla Brook Estate as an additional insured.

    Kitchen Fee: $500 if selecting an alternative caterer not our preferred list below. (Waived for food trucks that do not need to use our kitchen)

We select only the finest and freshest ingredients, prepare and serve your food professionally, use innovative and traditional recipes, and the most qualified personnel to ensure your function will be a ‘distinctive’ event your guests will never forget.

All full service menu prices are based upon a 100 person minimum, and YES WE ABSOLUTELY can accommodate smaller parties. Ask your Celebrations sales consultant for pricing for parties under 100.

City Moose Catering

At City Moose, we are a little different than your typical banquet caterer.  We pride ourselves in being able to create custom menus for our clients while providing a personalized experience with a lot of attention to detail. 

The only foods we recommend other professionals prepare are Kosher, cakes, and raw - that's pretty much it!  Otherwise, we work with you to create a menu that fits your vision and combines elements that keep your menu as fresh and unique as the event it's meant for.

It's also important to us that your food is displayed as beautifully as the food is delicious.

Kitchen to Aisle Catering

Wedding Food Minimum:
January-April: $10,000
May-December: $15,000

Non- Wedding Event Food Minimum: $2,000 plus taxes & fees.

Kitchen to Aisle Catering and Events serves weddings, cocktail parties, corporate events, private dinners, and so much more. In addition to catering, our team offers planning packages that attend to every aspect of your special event.

Based out of Amesbury, Massachusetts, Kitchen to Aisle Catering and Events is a unique catering company that specializes in menu customization. We build a menu from our own and take inspiration from our client’s culture, family, and take special requests. We believe this is what sets us apart from most. We like to keep up with the newest and latest trends.

Our Executive Chef Nicholas Peters Bond was a finalist on FOX’s Hell’s Kitchen All Star Season 17, placed top 5 on Hell’s Kitchen Season 14 and was a contestant on Food Network’s Chopped Sweets. Our team was also featured on BRAVO TV’s Real Housewives of New York City as we catered an intimate dinner for their cast trip!

They also specialize in cocktail engagement parties, formal or casual rehearsal dinners, welcome events, celebratory send-off brunches, and anything else that their clients could want for a memorable wedding weekend.

The Sauce Cocktails & Catering is a full service food & beverage catering company offering customized menus for weddings, social events and corporate events with the utmost attention to detail and quality of service.   We are fully licensed as a caterer. Amy Zediana Dearth, CSEP and Sarah Roth-Oosten, owners of The Sauce, Inc. come to the table with a long history of food and beverage experiences.  They secured their friendship studying abroad in France during their years at Merrimack College. From there, Sarah spent 10 years living in the south of France producing fashion shows while Amy built her career as an event professional.  Their paths join together to bring a diverse approach to events, food and drink leading them to start The Sauce Cocktails & Catering!

The Sauce include on-site kitchen staff, servers, and all the fixings but their sister company Consider It Done Special Events can also provide all of your florals and decor too!
